저니투코리안뮤직 2022

We organized and operated Journey to Korean Music, a platform for the global expansion of traditional Korean music hosted by the Korea Arts Management Service (KAMS). We participated as co-researchers in KAMS’ 'Basic Study on Promotion Mechanisms for the International Expansion of Traditional Arts (2021)' and collaborated on designing a reorganized program based on the findings. We also invited music industry representatives like one of the founders of WOMEX and a DJ in KEXP, organized a showcase by artists selected through an open call and recommendations, and held a roundtable to share industry information and discourse on the scene.

예술경영지원센터가 주최하는 한국 전통음악 해외진출 플랫폼인 저니투코리안뮤직(Journey to Korean Music)을 기획 운영하였습니다. 알프스는 예술경영지원센터의 '전통예술 해외진출 활성화 방안 기초조사' 를 공동연구하였고, 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 개편하는 프로그램을 협력 기획하였습니다. 워멕스(WOMEX), KEXP 파운더 등의 음악산업 관계자를 초청하고, 공모와 추천을 통해 선정된 아티스트의 쇼케이스를 운영, 씬의 업계 정보 및 담론을 공유하는 라운드테이블 등을 운영하였습니다.
