Oversaw the entire planning and operation of the ‘2025 Music Flow Festival,’ hosted by the Bupyeong Cultural Foundation. Designed as a distinctive integrated festival combining music and subculture, the event featured programming that appealed to both the general public and music fans. Integrated Bupyeong's local subculture scene—including skateboarding, graffiti, and DJ crews—and curated an archive exhibition highlighting the local arts and culture scene. Furthermore, organized two ticketed concerts held before and after the festival, thereby strengthening the continuity and strategic context of the city’s ‘Music City’ initiative.

(재)인천광역시부평구문화재단에서 주관하는 '2025 뮤직플로우페스티벌'의 기획 및 운영 전반을 담당했습니다. 해당 페스티벌은 음악과 서브컬처가 결합된 부평만의 차별화된 통합형 축제로 기획되었습니다. 대중과 음악 팬 전반을 아우르는 라인업 기획과 더불어 스케이트보드 및 그래피티, 디제이 크루 등 부평의 서브컬쳐 신을 축제에 녹이고, 지역의 문화와 예술 신(scene)을 조명하는 아카이브 전시를 기획했습니다. 페스티벌 전, 후로 진행된 총 2회의 유료 공연 <오늘도 무사히>를 함께 기획하며 음악도시 특성화 사업의 맥락과 연속성을 강화했습니다.
